Missions

  • Assurer, sur l’ensemble du territoire national, d’une manière organisée et équitable, les services liés au financement de la formation professionnelle en garantissant la qualité du service apporté aux clients professionnels et aux partenaires territoriaux (quantitatif et qualitatif). Elle exerce cette mission en apportant son assistance dans la conception de plans et projets de formation adaptés aux besoins, et répondant aux critères d’agrément ;
  • Conseiller et assister les clients et les partenaires
  • Accompagner les clients et les prestataires dans le suivi de réalisation des plans et projets,
  • Initier, coordonner et piloter des études
  • Conduire une dynamique de recherche, d’innovation et de développement du dispositif pour garantir sa pérennité, anticiper et s’adapter aux évolutions
