Le FDFP s’engage aux côtés de SIPROCHIM pour le renforcement des compétences techniques
Le Fonds de Développement de la Formation Professionnelle (FDFP) poursuit son engagement aux côtés des entreprises ivoiriennes à travers le financement de projets de formation à fort impact.
À SIPROCHIM, entreprise spécialisée dans la fabrication et la distribution de produits d’entretien et alimentaires, 60 jeunes bénéficient d’un projet d’apprentissage visant à renforcer les compétences techniques dans trois domaines clés :
📍25 techniciens de production 📍20 maintenanciers 📍15 techniciens des unités
Ce projet, lancé le vendredi 20 juin 2025 à Yopougon zone industrielle, permettra de booster la performance de l’entreprise tout en favorisant l’employabilité et l’insertion professionnelle des apprenants.
La cérémonie de lancement s’est tenue en présence de Monsieur KOUMASSOU Modeste Aurélien, Chef de Département des Grandes Entreprises, représentant le Secrétaire Général du FDFP, Dr Philippe N’DRI.
À travers ce projet, le FDFP réaffirme son engagement à renforcer durablement les compétences du capital humain au service d’une industrie locale plus performante, capable de répondre efficacement aux besoins des ménages en produits d’entretien et alimentaires de qualité.
