L’importance de la gestion axée sur les résultats (GAR) pour des projets de haute qualité au FDFP
Depuis ce lundi 11 novembre, la Maison de Recherche, de Développement et d’Innovation (MRDI) de Grand-Bassam accueille une session de formation dédiée à la Gestion Axée sur les Résultats (GAR).
Cette formation, animée par Madame Claudia OEHL, chargée de programme au Centre International de Formation de l’Organisation Internationale du Travail (CIF-OIT), s’adresse à une vingtaine de Conseillers en formation et Managers du FDFP.
L’objectif étant de renforcer l’autonomie des professionnels dans la conception et la planification de projets de haute qualité pour le FDF.
À l’issue de cette formation, les participants seront mieux équipés pour améliorer la fonction de conception de projets dans le cadre de la GAR, ainsi que le suivi des performances au sein de l’organisation.
Lors de la cérémonie d’ouverture, tenue le 11 Novembre, le Secrétaire Général du FDFP a encouragé les participants à tirer pleinement profit de cette opportunité pour renforcer leurs compétences et contribuer à des projets toujours plus impactants pour la performance de l’Institution.
