Contribuer à l’amélioration du service aux clients :
- Accès en temps réel aux informations utiles et à leur traitement par les personnels pour tenir les engagements de services aux clients grâce à des systèmes d’information de gestion performants, fiables et évolutifs ;
- Développement de l’autonomie d’utilisation de la bureautique dédiée, voire du SDSI pour l’ensemble des personnels (utilisation performante) ;
- Appui personnalisé aux utilisateurs, mise à niveau et maintenance optimale du parc d’équipements informatiques dédiés ou non dédiés.
Gérer et optimiser les systèmes informatiques en place et conduire les projets d’amélioration et d’évolution : des solutions nouvelles répondant aux priorités stratégiques, aux besoins express des directions et aux demandes explicites des clients et des interlocuteurs.
