Le Fonds de Développement de la Formation Professionnelle (FDFP) a participé le 18 septembre 2024, au sein de la CNPS, à un séminaire organisé par l’Association des Créateurs de Mode de Côte d’Ivoire (ACMCI).
Monsieur AHOUGBAN Faitai, Conseiller en Formation et représentant du FDFP, a présenté les initiatives de l’Institution pour améliorer les compétences techniques et de gestion des travailleurs du secteur de la mode.
Il a mis en avant l’importance des certifications reconnues et des nouvelles compétences techniques pour renforcer l’efficacité, l’efficience et la productivité des professionnels de la mode.
Les différents échanges ont permis de souligner l’importance de la formation continue pour maintenir des standards de qualité élevés et améliorer la réputation des entreprises de mode en Côte d’Ivoire.
Le FDFP se réjouit de cette initiative qui a été l’occasion pour lui, de renouveler son engagement à œuvrer pour le développement des compétences des entreprises y compris, celles issues du secteur de la mode.
