Cérémonie officielle d’ouverture de l’atelier de formation de 24 participants issus de 11 fonds membres du RAFPRO
Le lundi 16 septembre a marqué l’ouverture officielle de l’atelier de formation pour 24 participants de 11 Fonds Membres du RAFPRO.
Cet atelier, qui se déroule du 16 au 20 septembre 2024 à la Maison de Recherche, de Développement et de l’Innovation de Grand-Bassam (MRDI), vise à renforcer les compétences des experts, chefs de services et conseillers en formation sur le thème « Analyse du marché du travail : outils, méthodes et planification ».
Dr Philippe N’DRI, Secrétaire Général du FDFP et Président du RAFPRO, a encouragé les participants à maximiser les bénéfices de cette formation.
Il a souligné que les résultats de leurs analyses permettront de cibler les secteurs et compétences prioritaires, d’innover en pédagogie et de mesurer l’impact des formations sur l’insertion professionnelle.
Comme il l’a précisé, l’analyse du marché du travail est essentielle pour développer des offres de formation professionnelle pertinentes et efficaces.
Rappelons que cet atelier s’inscrit dans le cadre du renforcement des capacités du personnel du Réseau Africain des Institutions et Fonds de Formations Professionnelles (RAFPRO).
