1. Qu’est-ce qu’un projet TPE ?

Un projet de formation aux Très Petites Entreprises (TPE) assujetties aux taxes FDFP, dont le niveau de cotisation est compris entre 4320F CFA et 10 000F CFA et à jour de leurs cotisations.

2. Un Projet TPE pour qui et pourquoi ?

Le Projet TPE répond au souci de prendre en compte les besoins de formation d’un groupe d’entreprises préalablement identifiées. Ce projet contribue par la formation à la structuration des TPE. Il permet de réaliser des projets de formation au profit des Très Petites Entreprises (TPE) pour renforcer les capacités des dirigeants et personnels en gestion.

3. Sélection des entreprises

Les critères de sélection porteront essentiellement sur :

L’effectivité du paiement des cotisations à la date de dépôt de la demande ;
La manifestation d’intérêt pour la formation auprès du FDFP ou des structures d’encadrement des entreprises (CGA ou opérateur de formation).

4. Conditions d’éligibilité de l’opérateur de formation

Présenter au FDFP un dossier technique avec une liste de 50 entreprises cotisantes et des contenus en relation avec des modules de gestion ;
Être habilité dans les domaines de formation ;
Pour proposer des modules de formation issus de GERME, réaliser au préalable des Analyses des Besoins de Formation (ABF), être membres du réseau GERME et s’attacher les services d’un formateur GERME ;
La proximité géographique de l’opérateur avec les bénéficiaires sera privilégiée.
